What: “Oscar Grant and Trayvon Martin: Intersection of Race and Due Process” John Burris is a renowned and accomplished attorney who is best known for his work in the area of civil rights and as a legal analyst on MSNBC, Court TV, CNN and many local television and radio stations. John Burris recently represented the family of Oscar Grant and he previously served as co-counsel in the Rodney King civil trial. He is the author of the book BLUE vs. BLACK: Let's End the Conflict between Police and Minorities. This lecture is in Person Theatre.
