Michele Anna Jordan, writer, author and former chef, calls wine pairing 10 percent science and 90 percent art and intuition and likens the process to that of learning a foreign language. In this delicious seminar, she’ll conduct guided exercises, unique side-by-side pairings and delicious tastings to prove--or disprove?—her point of view. You’ll be the final judge. After the seminar, enjoy additional wine tasting in the barrel room. Seminars will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
