Berkeley local Mollie Katzen
is a pioneer in the farm-to-table movement. With years of experience in the garden and the kitchen, and with over 6 million books in print, the author of the Moosewood Cookbook helped bring the vegetarian palate to the American dinner plate. Katzen’s most recent book, The Heart of the Plate, offers inventive vegetarian fare for the new generation.
