A selection at last year’s Mill Valley Film Festival, North Bay writer-director Matteo Troncone’s irresistible documentary ‘Arrangiarsi (Pizza . . . and the Art of Living)’
takes audiences on an immersive trip to Naples, Italy, which Troncone visited nine times over five years to learn about the art of pizza making. There, he also discovered the artistic tradition of arrangiarsi, meaning to make something from nothing. Foodies, history buffs, art appreciators and everyone else can enjoy the documentary, screening with pizza from Ca’ Momi and winetasting on Thursday, Aug. 30, at Sebastiani Theatre, 476 First St. E., Sonoma. 7pm. $20–$25. 707.996.9756.
