Mental health professionals will address issues of trauma and grief and offer techniques and guidance on self care. Panelists include Rabbi Anne Brener, LCSW, traumatic grief expert and author of “Mourning and Mitzvah;" Dr. Richard Miller, psychologist and founder of the iRest meditation technique; and Mary Hirsch, MFT, local psychotherapist and art therapist specializing in work with traumatized youth. This evening is for everyone who feels impacted by the recent wildfires. Local organizations will be on hand to provide information about the counseling, financial, and legal resources available to our community. Parking is limited and carpooling is encouraged.
