Alicia will perform "Living on the Earth: The Musical," edgy stories and original songs of how she created the legendary communal/sustainable living guide Living on the Earth in 1969, and what transpired afterwards. Book and CD signing after the show. Featuring local Afro-Celt Folk Pop band The Round as opening act. The first appearance for The Round since reforming the band, not to be missed! Presented in conjunction with the exhibition "The Hippies" opening 10/30 at the West County Museum in Sebastopol, featuring art and artifacts from the 1960s-70s communes, including Wheeler Ranch, where Alicia Bay Laurel created her book.
