Ark of Taste Dinner with Chef Louis Maldonado

We are going whole hog! Slow Food Sonoma County North is excited to have Chef Louis Maldonado of Healdsburg's Spoonbar! and Pizzando, and a recent finalist on Bravo TV's Top Chef preparing a menu of products from the Slow Food Ark of Taste, featuring the Ossabaw Island Hog. The evening will include a 5 course dinner with wine, live music, and a silent auction. This will be our primary fundraiser and will support our chapter's various projects.

Price: $75 members, $85 non-members
