Cultivate a new relationship with yourself, based in kindness, awareness, and an appreciation for your own humanity. Self-compassion is the capacity to meet our experiences mindfully, softening around difficult moments, and bringing a wise and caring response. It is based in sensing and deeply knowing our inherent goodness. In this retreat we will practice meditation, mindful movements and group practices to explore, discuss and reflect on our experiences of self-compassion.
