Barre Fitness and Core

When: Saturdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

A total body workout that includes all components of fitness. The class consists of low impact cardio and half an hour of Pilates-based core work, stretching and meditation.

Price: Drop in: $7 ($5 for patients), Punch card (5 classes): $28 ($20 for patients), 30 day unlimited pass: $40 ($30 for patients)
