Beginning Beer Brewing

When: Sat., July 19, 1-4:30 p.m. 2014

Come learn to brew with The Beverage People! Students will watch a demonstration brewing session during which a 5 gallon batch of partial-mash beer will be made using home brewing equipment. Handouts will be supplied including the book "Brewing Quality Beers" by Byron Burch. Discussion topics will cover recipe design, bottling, cleaning and sanitation, and other helpful tips and techniques.
