Beginning Cheesemaking

When: Sat., Feb. 11, 1-4 p.m. and Sat., April 8, 1-4 p.m. 2017

Demonstration cheesemaking class with Julia Delves. Learn to make chevre, mozzarella, burrata and ricotta at home. Participate in stretching the mozzarella. All the cheeses will be made in class and samples will be sent home with you to enjoy.
