Join us for a hands-on cooking seminar at Beringer's Hudson House culinary center. Beringer Executive Chef, Daryl Muromoto, will guide guests through the process of crafting delicious pasta dishes from scratch and expertly pairing them with Beringer Winery Exclusive wines. The seminar will conclude with a Reserve Tasting in the private Founders’ room upstairs in the Rhine House. Semolina Pasta Making: This class will showcase crafting eggless pasta. Various short pasta shapes like orecchiette, farfalle, and cavatelli will be taught as well as vegetarian accompaniments. Learn how to make these delicious pasta dishes at home and impress your dinner guests!
