Beyond Differences, a student-led organization is changing the culture of middle schools to one of inclusion, compassion and friendship. The organization’s 24 member Teen Board will recreate different scenarios to illustrate how to be more inclusive and address social isolation and bullying before it starts. These teen leaders will showcase Beyond Difference’s exciting new initiative, “No One Eats Alone,” by introducing activities that connect and engage students who may not know each other. Also, a compelling new short film by Jordan Raabe about combating social isolation will debut at the event.
Price: $25 per person or $50 for family, includes full lunch BBQ
