Author Linda Ly of The CSA Cookbook (Voyageur Press, 2015) will be giving a talk at the historic Seed Bank, with a Q&A and book signing to follow. Books are available for purchase onsite. The CSA Cookbook explores a no-waste, nose-to-tail approach to eating and cooking the produce from your community supported agriculture box, farmers' market basket, or backyard bounty. The book features 106 seasonal recipes that utilize every edible part of the plant, from leaves and flowers to stems and seeds. You’ll look at vegetables in a whole new way and think twice before you discard your kitchen “scraps”!
