We're welcoming James Beard Award-nominated cookbook author Nancy Singleton Hachisu to SHED to sign copies of her stunning new tome Japan: The Cookbook, out in April 2018 from Phaidon. In over 400 simple and elegant recipes, Singleton explores the iconic and regional traditions of Japan. Dishes are organized by course, including soups, noodles, rices, pickles, one-pots, sweets, and vegetables.
