Cheese expert Janet Fletcher will be at the competition in late July, scouting out seven category winners to present to you. This class is your opportunity to discover what the experts consider the peak of American cheesemaking. Along with the tasting of the winning cheeses, each ticket comes with a glass of wine or beer from the SHED fermentation bar.
