Louis and Jered’s talk on the art of plating for SF Design Week in Berkeley was so popular that the spoonbar team has planned this encore! Get an inside look at the process that goes into crafting spoonbar’s beautiful dinnerware - beginning with local clay and ending with Louis’ artfully plated dishes. Come hear how Louis and Jered collaborate, and eat gorgeously plated snacks cooked in a kiln.
