When: Sept. 13, 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. 2014
Although we yearn to be happy, our uncontrolled desires cause us untold harm and actually produce the opposite of what we really want. We can free ourselves from compulsive ways of thinking and acting that compel us to seek satisfaction from wrong sources. Resident teacher Kelsang Chogyup will lead meditations and teachings. All are welcome. Registration begins at 9:30, program begins at 10. Vegetarian lunch is included.
