Day Long Meditation Practice

When: Sun., June 29, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 2014

Please join us for an extended period of practice in the company of fellow practitioners. During the day we will examine our meditation practice and engage in several practice sessions, short talks, discussion and readings on the topic of the day, "Loving Kindness and Compassion Practice" and "Five ways to Meditate." Spending time on the cushion and contemplating the instructions is the best way to move our practice and insight along the path of meditation and connect with our inherent basic goodness. Initial meditation instruction will be available at 9 am.
