Join us as we taste the benefits and flavors of regenerative agriculture with Ethic Ciders. Ethic Ciders will share how they put regenerative orcharding practices at the core of their cider-making process. We’ll then taste their heirloom ciders paired with local bites prepared by Chef Perry. This eye-opening pairing will celebrate the role of local food systems in reversing climate change, including SHED’s commitment to going carbon neutral in 2018.
