Alethea Harampolis, author of “The Flower Recipe Book” and “The Wreath Recipe Book,” is known for her dynamic work with flowers from Studio Choo in San Francisco.This workshop is a garden-to-table lesson suitable for all levels. We will learn the importance of identifying flowers, ornamentals, and edibles from the garden perfect for arranging. Participants will use a mix of cuttings from the MAGC landscape and flower market blooms to create their own masterpiece to take away. Alethea will will provide all materials including flowers and a vase. Bring your own cutters.
