Curious about how yoga can improve your life? By the end of this series, you’ll feel confident in your yoga practice. We’ll cover basic postures, breathing, meditation, and wellness while emphasizing how to safely work with your body to promote strength and well-being in mind and body. Instructor Jayne Gonzalez is a 200 RYT certified Yoga Instructor, artist, meditation teacher, and third generation native of the Napa Valley. Jayne hopes to help others live full and empowered lives by improving their confidence and capability through sharing her practices and ever-expanding knowledge through passionate, consistent learning and daily yoga practices.
