Relish Culinary Adventures presents chef Anne Cornell leading a delicious dinner party class, with techniques and ingredients sure to jazz up your holiday menus. Participants will learn techniques for perfect mussels, an easy tart dough, dressing up winter squash, and much more. And chef Anne will share tips and advice for easy entertaining--how to prep ahead so you can relax and enjoy your guests. The four-course dinner menu will be served with specially-selected wines.
