Come work with Bob Peak on an apple mill to grind and press 200lbs. of apples into juice. Each participant will take home a quart of fresh juice and the rest will be set up for fermentation into hard cider. Learn the ins and outs of this exciting local product with plenty of time to prepare for Harvest 2016! Class size limited to 20.
