Forgiveness has been scientifically proven to lower stress, increase immune response and improve psychological well-being. It can help clear anxiety, weight gain, insomnia and depression. Ana Holub, MA is a forgiveness counselor, author, poet and peace educator. Over the past 20 years, she's worked with women, men, teens, couples, at-risk families, prison inmates, not-profits, businesses, and schools.
