Healthy Living at Your Library: Fitness For You

When: Mon., Jan. 13, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and Mon., Jan. 27, 11 a.m. 2020

YMCA Instructors will assess the needs and fitness level of the attendees and teach a class suitable for all levels of mobility and strength. Classes will focus on functionality of the muscles and mobility used for everyday tasks such as lifting, standing from a low-seated position, etc. This class will also focus on the steps needed to increase fitness from any starting level.
