Hiking For Fitness Program at A new “Hiking for Fitness” program at Jack London State Historic Park offers a series of six classes designed to promote fitness and fun–learning the basics of hiking. Each week classes will increase in length and difficulty for the guided hike until at concluding hike celebration at the top of the summit. Participants can sign up for one or several classes to fit schedules or the entire six-week series. Cost: Each hike costs $15 or $75 for all six classes, (prices include parking).
