One year ago, Sonoma County was hit with the most destructive fire in California history. So many were affected by the fires. Many lost homes, some lost their very lives. In the direct aftermath of the fires, we banded together to be #SonomaStrong in support of our neighbors, colleagues, and even those we did not know. It is a period of time that the Sonoma County Community will remember forever. Now, one year later, where does that leave us? What message can we take from this experience? How do we cope with loss? Are natural disasters really "natural"?
