Originating during the 18th century in Northern France, Camembert is a soft, creamy cow’s milk cheese offering many different flavor profiles. J Vineyards & Winery’s Executive Chef Erik Johnson and Director of Hospitality Lindsey Auchter will host this Camembert cheese-off as they compare and contrast several styles to seek the perfect J wine pairing.
