Join Bricoleur Vineyards’, California’s newest winery and hospitality retreat, and their Sous Chef, Evan Castro, also known as "Country,” for their gourmet virtual cooking series called “Cooking With Country!” The interactive cooking class will be held twice a month starting September 13 through December 20 at 4:30 p.m. PST via Zoom.
Country will demonstrate how to create delicious, seasonal meals to cook at home that pair with Bricoleur’s award-winning wine portfolio. Each class will feature a different menu with dishes such as pumpkin risotto with brown butter and sage, clam chowder and chicken coq au vin. The ingredient list, equipment need and the Zoom link will be listed on BricoleurVineyards.com prior to each event.
