Knife Skills Workshop

When: Sat., Nov. 18, 1-2:30 p.m. 2017

Bring your chef’s knife and any others you’d like to use to this fun and informative class. SHED’s Culinary Educator Chef Joel Whitaker will guide you through the mastery of basic knife skills and leave you with all the knowledge you need to elevate your chopping, mincing & dicing! The class includes a workshop component where students try out some of the classic knife cuts with guidance from Chef Joel.
