Last of the Red Hot Tenants

Sunday Sept. 4 at 4 pm. Occidental Center for the Arts. “Last of the Red Hot Tenants”, a riveting, funny one woman play based on a true saga of rent control housing heroine Jean Herman’s struggle against Manhattan high-rise developers in the 1980’s. Written and performed by veteran theater artist Lois Pearlman and directed by Diana Grogg, this world premiere performance will be in the OCA classroom @ 3820 Doris Murphy Way. 4 to 6 pm. Seating is limited, so phone reservations (707-874-9392) are advised .$10 General. Light refreshments available. OCA is accessible to people with disabilities.
