In partnership with Sutter Health Novato Community Hospital, Rahman law, OSMO Nutrition, and Mini of Marin, the Marin County Bicycle Coalition are offering free"Bicycle Workshop and Safety Clinics. Geared to putting new riders safely onto the roads, these are a great way to find out how to keep happy on the bicycle! Experts will be covering:Bike Fit and avoiding injury *Safety and what to do if you’re in an accident*Basic "Street Smart" riding skills*Keeping it rolling - Simple roadside repairs*Nutrition on the bike In addition we will have a moderate bike ride 12:00 pm - 2 pm.
