It's no wonder, since this super spicy condiment makes for a distinct, versatile addition to sandwiches, soup, pizza, noodles, rice, and much more. Join Mei Ibach for a session on do-it-yourself kimchi making. In this three-hour workshop, you'll learn to make traditional cabbage kimchi as well as seasonal variations. We will have a light feast to sample our day creation with an in-house kombucha beverage.
