Experience a still mind and begin to transform your life through meditation and mindfulness. Meditation enables us to find within our own mind the peace and happiness we seek, as well as improve our good qualities. Through training in mindfulness we will discover many benefits. Our mind will become clear and less distracted, and we will gain the ability to enjoy every moment of our life. In these weekly drop-in classes we will learn methods derived from the Buddhist tradition to improve our mindfulness in meditatioin and in daily life.
