Today’s vegetarian dishes have grown up and matured and are loved by all eaters alike! In this hands-on class you will explore dishes and techniques that will entice a multitude of palates. Working with the super grain (and gluten-free) quinoa as a filling entree, we will make a radical variation of dolma for breakfast, as well as a vegan version of the classic chocolate mousse, plus much more.
