Join us for 60 min class catered to the needs of the postpartum mama body. Strengthen and stretch your body in a safe and therapeutic way to counterbalance common strains on the neck, back, shoulders, wrists and much more as well as safe ways to reconnect with your core. Learn breathwork and mindfulness practices to decrease stress and increase your ability to cope with the demands of motherhood. Class ends with some infant massage and acupressure for bonding that can address ease issues like colic, constipation, and frequent colds/coughs. Open to Moms with Precrawling Babies. All levels
