Treat yourself to a healthy start to your day! This class is a mindful flow suitable for all levels as we move through physical postures with our breath. You’ll stretch, strengthen, & tone your muscles, while calming your mind & nervous system. No yoga experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat & blanket/large towel.
