Learn proper techniques for making mozzarella curd and stretching in hot whey. Mozzarella is a Quick Cheese and can be made in as little as 30 minutes. Class size is limited, recipes and handouts are included. Taste the finished product and taste some homemade wine for those attending over age 21.
