Mozzarella Making Class

Watch a demonstration of the proper techniques for making quick mozzarella curd and stretching it in a hot whey bath. Mozzarella is considered a Quick Cheese and as such can be made in as little as 30-40 minutes. We like this cheese on homemade pizza and served with fresh tomatoes, basil and wine. Wine will be served to students 21 years of age or older. Bread and fresh mozz for all. Call to make a reservation.
