Nita Vail & Will Woolley discuss working landscapes in Nat'l Parks and their family's ranching history

Nita Vail, CEO of California Rangeland Trust, and her cousin and fellow rancher, Will Woolley, will present a program titled, “A history of ranching on Santa Rosa Island: Are cows, conservation and local agriculture incompatible with National Parks and Seashores?” Tuesday, November 11, 7:00 to 8:30 pm, West Marin School Gym, 11550 State Route 1 in Point Reyes Station. A short question and answer period will follow the presentation. Sponsored by the West Marin Chamber of Commerce, Alliance for Local Sustainable Agriculture, California Cattlemen's Association and the Marin County Farm Bureau. Free of charge.
