Saltwater Oyster Depot's Luc Chamberland will dispel myths, dispense advice, and teach us everything we could ever want to know about the humble and elusive oyster - while we eat them! Each participant will receive a dozen fresh Pacific oysters with which to practice the art of shucking and slurping. Additional oysters and wine pairing will be available for purchase.
