Practical Ways of Working With Your Dreams

When: Thu., March 14, 6:30 p.m. 2013

Although there are still few neuroscientists who will claim that dream imagery is random and without meaning, there are now well-designed studies that demonstrate the usefulness of dreams in psychotherapy and the correspondence between dream life and waking life, including issues that need resolution. This presentation will survey contemporary dream research and will provide instruction for participants' own dream-working activities. Stanley Krippner, Ph.D., professor of psychology at Saybrook University, San Francisco, is a Fellow in four APA divisions, and past-president of two divisions (30 and 32). Stanley has conducted workshops and seminars on dreams and/or hypnosis in 26 countries.
