Sundays - Meditations for World Peace, taught by Chris Taylor Our Sunday drop-in meditation classes include guided meditations, a short prayer dedicated to world peace, and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. In these classes, we can learn and practice essential meditation techniques, reduce stress, and develop lasting happiness. In so doing, we can find real inner peace within our own hearts and in this way contribute to world peace. Donations welcome.
