Preserve your Autumn Harvest - Canning Workshop

When: Sat., Oct. 8, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. 2016

Come chop, pulverize, slice, and puree foods for canning and root cellaring. The knowledgeable Sabrina Kahn, homesteader extraordinaire, will generously share her wisdom as she leads us through her own tried-and-true techniques learned from years of canning her own jams, fruit butters, sauces, and salsas. We will provide jars and fruit from the garden, but please bring your own knives, notebooks, aprons, and extra smiles!
