Rian Rinn Hog Butchery followed by Pop-Up Dinner with Mullen & Smith. This fresh event is crafted special to celebrate Shed. Part butchery demo, part fine dining, complete education & flavor! A three part night including: -A demonstration from Sonoma's own Rian Rinn on breaking down a 1/2 hog -A SHED social hour with drinks out on our terrace -Followed by an amazing meal prepared by Mullen & Smith hosting a pop up in our kitchen, comprising pieces from the hog into a three course meal.
