When: Fri., June 16, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 2017
A fearless multi-media approach to landscape watercolors! By layering crayon, pencil and marker under watercolors we create a vibrant mix of texture, color and verisimilitude. We will use landscape postcards and views from the classroom windows. This class is not about careful and precise use of the materials, but about quick expression and learning how to take chances and experiment. Students will become very comfortable with loose, yet meaningful choices with the brush and pen and crayon. We start with many warm up exercises and learn basic techniques of paint application and control. All artist levels welcome.
Price: Tuition: $65 general, $58.50 PAC members; Materials Fee: none
