Learn how to make Japanese buckwheat noodles in this soba workshop with cooking teacher and soba expert Sonoko Sakai. We’ll review the Japanese pantry and discuss how to make and serve both hot and cold soba. We’ll then feast on a lunch of soba “chips,” soba with seared duck breast, charred leeks, and yuzu in a hot soup, Japanese pickles, and dessert. Guests will take home soba noodles of their own creation for culinary experimentation at home.
