Chef Louis Maldonado from Spoonbar and his Top Chef buddy Chef Jason Cichonski, from the highly acclaimed Ela Restaurant in Philadelphia, together will co-create a special dinner at Copain Winery, May 3rd. Join us for an extraordinary six-course meal paired with Copain wines – Each dish will spotlight the overlap of spring and summer, featuring short-lived delicacies like ramps, fava beans, wild mushrooms and green garlic. Passed “snacks” and sparkling wine will be served to kick-off the evening.
