Brilliant guest instructors teach everything from Beer History, sensory, styles, draft systems, the business of beer such as distribution and legislation. How rating and judging is done. Maybe a few field trips even. Cooking and pairing foods with beers. Anyone can take this class. Restaurants, distributors, homebrewers, and those who think you want to open a brewery will greatly benefit. Please feel free to share!
